Ingredients

  1. 8beer brats, sliced
  2. Potatoes
  3. 1Onion
  4. Olive oil
  5. 1 tspItalian seasoning
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tbspfresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. 2

    Put potatoes in bowl with olive oil, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tap salt, 1/2 tbsp parsley.

    Bake potatoes for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add brat slices, onions, olive oil, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp parsley and cook until done.

    Once potatoes are cooked, add to Dutch oven with brats and onions, combine.

  6. 6

    Serve with Parsley.
