1 baginstant potatoes, or alternatively a potato soup mix
3+ cups milk
1 cansweet corn
1 cupcooked chicken shredded or cubed, or 1 Large can of chicken
1salt and pepper to taste
1low sodium Tony Chachere's seasoning blend to taste
1 tsppaprika

If using soup mix, replace water with milk. If using instant potatoes, add bag to 3 cups of milk in a large pot on medium heat

Add can of corn, with the liquid, to the potatoes

Bring to a boil, then add the chicken

You will need to continue adding milk anytime the mixture gets too thick to stir

Season to taste

Eat plain or add a dollop of sour cream
