Ingredients

  1. 1amla diced
  2. 1/4teasp Black pepper powder
  3. 1/4teasp black/rock salt or to taste
  4. 1/4 inchginger piece
  5. 1/2teasp roasted cumin seeds/powder
  6. 1/4teasp coriander powder
  7. 1-2teasp sugar or to taste(optional)
  8. Mint/coriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Put amla pieces with all the spices in a blender with sugar(optional).

    Add a little water and blend it to a smooth puree.

  3. 3

    Strain it into a glass. Add water as needed.Garnish with coriander/mint leaves.
