Ingredients

  1. Sliced beef
  2. Onion
  3. Potato
  4. Syoyu
  5. Mirin
  6. Sake
  7. Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut onion

  2. 2

    Cut potato, soak and rinse in water

  3. 3

    Sauté onion with olive oil

  4. 4

    Add beef

  5. 5

    Add potato

  6. 6

    Add little water then boil for 5 min

  7. 7

    Add syoyu, sake, mirin, sugar (or you can use sukiyaki sauce)

  8. 8

    Boil for 5-10 till potato is soft enough

  9. 9

    Enjoy your meal!!!!

measurement of mirin soy and sake would be appreciated, I’ve ruined many meals because there are no measurements requirements
