預備食材

  1. 水(Water)  150ml
  2. 切碎的乾香菇(Sliced, dried shiitake mushrooms) 4~5朵
  3. 淺色醬油 USUKUCHI (light-colored) soy sauce  1 大匙
  4. 味醂MIRIN 1 大匙
  5. 糖(Sugar) 2茶匙
  6. 鹽巴(Salt) 1/3茶匙
  7. 雞腿肉Chicken thigh meat)  5又1/4盎司
  8. 洋蔥Onion 1/2個
  9. (Egg) 2顆
  10. 煮熟的(Steamed rice) 2杯
  11. 山芹菜(MITSUBA leaf) 依個人喜好

料理步驟

  1. 1

    將乾香菇切絲泡到水裡。Soak dried mushroom in water.

    再將醬油、味醂、糖和鹽巴一起加入。Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar and salt.

  3. 3

    將雞肉和洋蔥切成適合食用的大小。Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion.

    開中火將步驟2的混合醬汁、雞肉和洋蔥倒入鍋中,均勻拌炒。Put the soy sauce mixture in a pot or a skillet and bring to a boil on medium heat.

    將雞蛋在碗中打散,然後將雞蛋倒入鍋中,烹煮大約10秒。將火關掉等待雞蛋熟。Beat eggs in a bowl, and pour over the chicken and onion. Cook an additional 10 sec. Remove from heat and cover the skillet until egg is steamed.

  6. 6

    將煮好的料放在白飯上就完成了!可以加上山芹菜來裝飾。Serve over cooked rice.
