Sweet Corn Tikki
Cooking Instructions

Take sweet corn kernels steam them till become tender. Keep aside
Boiled peeled and grate potato keep aside. - 2
Get ready with all ingredients.
Add sweet corn kernels in chhoper chop slightly dont make fine paste - 3
Take a big mixing bowl add grated boiled potatoes add grated carrots and capsicum add salt peri peri masala green coriander leaves chopped

Add decicated coconut mix all well together
Add dry spices powder
mix everything well together if it's not binding then add gramflour - 5
Now mix all well.
Now gives them shape of tikki or cutlet keep them in ziplock bag keep in refrigerator store for 2 days. - 6
Heat up oil on tawa place tikkies 2-3 shallow fry until crisp and golden in colur. Sprinkle some grated cheese.
Serve hot or warm with hot tea or coffee
