  1. 1 cupboiled sweet corn
  2. 1.5 cupgrated boiled aloo
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  9. 3 tbspcorn flour
  10. 1/2 cupchopped dhania patta
  11. 3 tbspoil
  12. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl, add sweet corn, aloo, green chilli, onion, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt & garam masala powder. Mix it well.

    Add in bread crumbs & corn flour, mix it thoroughly.

    In goes dhania patta, mix it well.

  4. 4

    Take small portions of the mix, roll them give the shape of tikki.

  5. 5

    Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Shallow fry the tikkis in batches till golden brown.

    Take out in a bowl, plate it, serve it with green chutney...
