  1. 44Monaco Biscuit
  2. 1/2 cupSev for Rolling
  3. To be mixed into a stuffing:- 😀
  4. 3/4 cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  8. 1 tspsweet chutney
  9. 1 tspGreen chutney
  10. 1 tsptomato sauce
  11. 1 tsplemon juice
  12. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1/2 cupSev

    For preparing the stuffing of Monaco Biscuit Sev puri, in a bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes. Add the onion, tomato, coriander leaves, sweet chutney next add tomato sauce, green chutney. The quality can be adjusted to suit your taste buds...

    For a tangy mouthfeel,add lemon juice and chaat masala... add salt & mix well. Our stuffing for the Monaco Biscuit Sev puri is Ready...

    For making the Monaco Biscuit Sev puri, Place a Monaco biscuit on a clean dry surface, spread 1 tsp stuffing on it, place another biscuit on the stuffing and press it lightly.

    Roll the prepared stuffed biscuit in sev and coat it evenly from all the sides.

    Repeat step 1 and 2 to make 21 more stuffed sev puris. Serve the Monaco Biscuit Sev puri immediately or else it will turn soggy..
