  1. 1/ 2 cup green gram
  2. 2 tbspcucumber
  3. 2 tbspcarrot
  4. 2 tbsponion
  5. 2 tbsptomato
  6. 2 tbspgroundnut
  7. 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  8. 1green chillies
  9. 1/ 8 tsp turmeric
  10. 1/ 4 tsp salt
  11. 1/ 4 tsp chat masala

    Soak green gram overnight. Then boil them. While boiling add salt and turmeric.

    Chopped tomato, onion, Coriander, chillie, cucumber, carrot. Crush ground nuts. Mix them well add cookked moong,chat masala while mixing.

    Protein bowl of green gram is ready.
