  • 100 gmung bean (green gram)
  • 1medium onion
  • 1medium tomato
  • HandfulCilantro leaves
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspchat masala powder
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak mung beans in a bowl of water for 3-4 hours.

  2. 2

    Take them in a pressure cooker and add some water and let it cook on medium flame for 5 vessels.

  3. 3

    Drain any additional water, add onions, tomatoes, chat masala powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix them well and top it with cilantro leaves.
