One of our favourite vegetable is green beans. Do you know that they also contain fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, and beta carotene. Green beans are also called string beans and snap beans. They taste the best when they are thinner than a pencil.

  1. 700 grprawns 🦐
  2. 400 grgreen beans
  3. 1carrot 🥕
  4. 1onion 🧅
  5. 5cloves garlic 🧄
  6. 2red jalapeño 🌶️
  7. 2stalks spring onions
  8. 6 tbspolives oil
  9. to tastesalt 🧂

Cara Membuat

40 minutes (with preparation)

    Clean the green beans, and cut the carrots like a sticks. Diced the onion, mince the garlic, chopped jalapeños and cut the spring onion, and keep a side.

    Bersihkan buncis, dan potong wortel seperti stik. Potong dadu bawang bombay, cincang bawang putih, cincang jalapeños dan potong daun bawang, dan sisihkan.

    Boil water and prepare an ice bath. Cook the green beans in a large pot of boiling water so that the water temperature recovers quickly after adding the beans. Fill a bowl with equal parts ice and water, and have it standing by. 

    Rebus air dan siapkan penangas es. Masak buncis dalam panci besar berisi air mendidih agar suhu air cepat pulih setelah kacang dimasukkan. Isi mangkuk dengan es dan air dengan perbandingan yang sama, lalu diamkan.

    Cook green beans. Blanch, or cook quickly in boiling water, for 2 to 3 minutes. The green beans will brighten in color and have a crisp-tender texture.

    Masak buncis. Rebus, atau masak cepat dalam air mendidih, selama 2 hingga 3 menit. Kacang hijaunya akan berwarna cerah dan teksturnya empuk dan renyah.

    Chill green beans. Immediately transfer with tongs or a long-handled spider from the boiling water to the ice bath to shock the beans and halt the cooking process.

    Dinginkan bu vis. Segera pindahkan dengan penjepit atau saringan bergagang panjang dari air mendidih ke dalam penangas es untuk menghentikan proses memasak.

    Preheat olives oil in the pan and sauté diced onions for 1 minutes. Then add jalapeño, green beans, carrots and boiled prawns. Then add minced garlic, spring onions and salt.

    Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam wajan dan tumis bawang bombay cincang selama 1 menit. Kemudian tambahkan jalapeño, buncis, wortel dan rebusan udang. Lalu masukkan bawang putih cincang, daun bawang, dan garam.

    Stir it gently for 5-6 minutes. Green beans and prawns stirred fry is ready to serve, eat with plain rice 🍚.

    Aduk perlahan selama 5-6 menit. Tumis kacang ijo dan udang siap dihidangkan, disantap dengan nasi putih 🍚.
