  1. 1 glasswater
  2. 5 basil leaves
  3. 5 black pepper
  4. 1 tsp ginger powder
  5. 1 tbsp jaggery
  6. 1 tbspghee
  7. 1\2 tsp carom seeds
  8. 1.5 tbsppearl millet flour

    On one side, turn on the gas and place a small pot with water on it. Add jaggery to the water. Then, add basil leaves, whole black peppercorns & dry ginger powder and let it boil thoroughly.

    On the other side, heat ghee in a large pan (tasla). Add carom seeds & pearl millet flour to it and roast it on low heat.

    Now, strain the jaggery water into it and add it. Keep stirring continuously. Let it boil for a little while, and your "Raab" is ready.
