Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 3 cupspearl millet
  2. 1 cup urad dhal
  3. 1-2 spoonsfenugreek seeds
  4. To tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all the three ingredients for an hour

  2. 2

    Then grind it nicely. After grinding it add salt and leave for 4 hours for fermentation.

    After four hours add little water to the batter.Keep a pan pour the batter spread it and cover for few minutes.Once it's cooked take out of the pan and serve hot.

    Any kind of chutney / Sambhar will go well with this pearl millet dosa
