Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsChicken
  2. 2medium Tomatoes
  3. 3medium Onions
  4. 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  5. to tasteGreen chilli paste
  6. 2 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  7. 1/2tspTurmeric
  8. 2 tspEverest / Catch Chicken masala
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Finely chopped coriander for garnishing
  11. Oil

Cooking Instructions

30 - 40 minutes

    Take some oil in a thick bottomed pan and add diced onions and tomatoes and saute till onions turn golden brown

  2. 2

    Remove the onions and tomatoes in a mixer and grind it to a fine paste

  3. 3

    Add chicken in the same pan a saute it.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste (as per your taste). Let the chicken cook for 10 minutes

    Add the dry spices and mix well. Let it cook for another 10 minutes

    As the chicken begins to cook, add the onion tomato paste to it

  7. 7

    Add water to make it into a thin gravy. Let it cook till the chicken becomes tender

  8. 8

    Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves
