Best salad you'll ever eat!

My mom used to make this for me as a kid. I included bacon in the recipe, as that's how I used to eat it as a kid, but I didn't include it in the picture as I gave up pork over a year ago.

This is a recipe from my mom that I altered so the bacon would be visible. This is my go to dish for potlucks and some vegetarians realized too late that this salad has bacon and eggs (mayonnaise). Hope you enjoy.

This pretty little side dish can utilize any of your favorite vegetables. I have several versions of this salad. Here is one I like in Springtime.For the dressing, I didn't give a specific amount. I layer dressing and don't use a lot. This part is personal preference too.

Made it tonite to go with dinner. Nice!
