Ingredients

  1. 1 lbFrozen Shrimp
  2. 5 tbspButter
  3. 1/2 canMinced garlic
  4. 1Green bell pepper diced
  5. 3Diced tomatoes
  6. 1/3 cupParsley
  7. 1 lbWhite Rice
  8. 1 tbspLemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix butter and garlic intil butter is completely melted

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes/parsley/green bell pepper and simmer about 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Mix in shrimp

  4. 4

    When shrimp are,completely heated, add lemon juice and simmer again for 15 minutes. Serve over bed of white rice with juices from pot.
