Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 canbeef broth
  3. 2 tbspwhite sugar
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1/4 tspchopped fresh ginger root
  6. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 4 cupchopped fresh broccoli
  8. 1 lbboneless round steak, cut into bite size pieces

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, combine flour, broth, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until sugar and flour are dissolved.

    In a large skillet or wok over high heat, cook and stir beef 2-4 minutes, or until browned.

    Stir in broth mixture, ginger, garlic, and broccoli.

    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

    Simmer 5-10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.

Still making it now and then. I add 2 tbs ginger to mine!!
