Strawberry mousse goes so well with no-baked cheesecake. I tried different combinations, but I've concluded that this is the best after all.I used Marie brand plain biscuits.Adjust the amount of granulated sugar in the strawberry mousse to your taste. If you whip the cream for the strawberry mousse, you can omit the gelatin and it will still be delicious. If you whip the cream for the cheesecake batter and the strawberry mousse together, you can save time and effort.
