Cooking Instructions
- 1
Strain the yogurt: Place a sieve on top of a bowl, and spread paper towels. Pour the yogurt on top.
- 2
Chill in the fridge overnight. It is good to go once it has become about 200g.
- 3
Preparation: Increase the amount of gelatin by adding in 2 tablespoons of water (not listed). Wash the fruit, and cut into small pieces.
- 4
Cookie crust: PLace the cookies into a plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin. Melt butter in a microwave, and mix into the cookies.
- 5
Firmly pack the cookies into the bottom of the mold. Cook for 8 ~ 9 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F/180°C, and let cool.
- 6
Add sugar to the heavy cream, and whip until it forms soft peaks. Add yogurt from Step 2 at this point, and mix.
- 7
Dissolve the gelatin from Step 3 by microwaving for 20 seconds. Add the gelatin and fruit to Step 6 in order, and stir well.
- 8
Pour it into the mold with the cookie crust, and let cool in the fridge for 2 hours. It is done .
- 9
This is a cross section. This time I used mango. Use whatever fruit you like for the filling Please feel free to use peaches, strawberries, or whatever you like.
