This is a combo of my recipe and my grandmothers. I lightened up some of the ingredients to make it lower in calories but still full of flavor.

Lasagna was always a staple in my parents household when I was growing up (my dad was Italian) and now my kids love it too. This recipe isn't as intricate as my dad's traditional recipe, but it still has a ton of flavor and is slightly easier to throw together.

You can make this in about an hour to hour and a half and it makes a lot!

My husband likes his lasagna thick, saucy, and cheesy. I like a lasagna that tastes good, has enough leftovers to freeze for a second dinner later, and doesn't break the bank! This is the recipe I came up with to fit the bill.

I like to use left overs to make new meals. So if you make spaghetti one night and you use up the spaghetti and have a lot of meat sauce left over try this recipe out.

Never been much of a lasagna person but my fiancée really loves it and so I found a basic recipe online and tweaked it to our tastes and it turned out great! This one is more meat heavy and has less ricotta.

Everybody requested me to make this. I make a lot because they all want seconds and thirds.
