1 lbof ground pork or sausage
1half cup of bread crumbs
1egg
1 cangolden mushroom soup
1 canfrench onion soup
1 envelopebeefy onion soup
1green pepper

Cooking Instructions

20 mins

preheat oven 375

mix ground beef and dry onion soup and pork.

cut green pepper add to mixture

add egg and bread crumbs

form mixture into a loaf

cook for 35 to 40 mins

spread golden mushroom soup over meatloaf

pour french onion soup over meatloaf (do not add water to either can soup).

continue cooking for 1hour or until no longer pink.

let set 5min slice and enjoy.

my husband doesn't like ketchup I don't see you have to add it in it perfect for him.my child will eat it both ways :-)

This meatloaf is delicious. The salsa along with the Jimmy Dean pushes it over the top. I always serve this with my garlic mashed potatoes and some brown gravy. My wife LOVES it.
