I have made this many times, and it turns out perfect every time..I love that it doesn't require guesswork! The consistency is always perfect, and thanks to the spices in the stuffing mix, it tastes amazing...Its always a great hit for my family when I make it, with no leftovers.

1 lbGround meat (Beef or Turkey)
1 largeegg
1 boxStove Top stuffing mix ( any flavor will work )
1 cupWater

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a big glass mixing bowl, mix everything together with your hands.( meat, egg, stuffing mix and water )

Smoosh it into a loaf pan

Bake it for 45 minutes...not a minute longer or less.
