I would keep a bowl of hot water when mixing it together, for dipping your fingers in, cause my hands froze using meat right out of the refrigerator :-)

preheat oven to 400°F
- 2
in a large bowl dump in all ingredients except for the catsup
- 3
now get in there with both clean hands, and mash it, squeeze it, turn it, mixit up and repeat

spray oil on all sides of a corningware dish
- 5
start to form into a big football shape between your hands, and slap it real hard to pack it all together

place in corning dish and bake for 1

remove from oven and spread catsup on the top of meatloaf and return to oven for about 30 more minutes
