Ingredients

  1. sauce
  2. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 1/3 cupmaple syrup
  4. 1/3 cupwater
  5. 2 cloveminced garlic
  6. 1/2 tspginger (dry)
  7. 1 tbspdijon mustard
  8. 1 largesalmon fillet

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    in small sauce pan, mix water, syrup, mustard, soy sauce, garlic and ginger and bring to a boil on stove

  3. 3

    let simmer for 5 minutes, or until a half cup of mixture remains

  4. 4

    place salmon fillets on baking sheet (parchment paper recommended )

  5. 5

    brush mixture on fillets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes

  6. 6

    repeat step 5 two more times

  7. 7

    Serve with rice and veggies. Mixture will cover 4 large fillets (up to 6 servings)

Easy to prepare and turned out beautiful, thanks for the recipe! I really like the maple syrup undertone, I had some good quality Canadian stuff and this was a perfect recipe to break it out. Added the cayenne and a dash of brandy to the glaze. Cut my salmon into 1" wide strips so only cooked for 20 min because we like it on the medium side. Will make again :cookie
