  1. 4fresh salmon fillets
  2. 1small cup vegetable oil
  3. 4 tablespoonsmustard powder
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. 3whole garlic cloves
  6. 1 teaspoononion powder
  7. 1little chopped parsley
  8. A fewstrands of saffron
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Water, enough to cover the salmon halfway
  11. For the potatoes
  12. 4large potatoes
  13. 2 tablespoonsmustard powder
  14. 1little white wine
  15. 1little oregano
  16. Juice of 1 lemon
  17. 1vegetable bouillon cube
  18. 3 sprigsfresh rosemary
  19. 7 tablespoonsbutter (about 100 grams)
  20. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  21. Salt and pepper
  22. 3whole garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

    In a baking dish, add all the ingredients and bake the salmon for about 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C) with the fan on.

    Prepare the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, place them in a baking dish with all the ingredients, and top with the rosemary sprigs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) with the fan on until they soften.
