Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°

Lightly spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.

Trim crusts off of bread slices - 1 slice per cup.

Carefully & gently press & shape each slice of bread into a muffin cup.

Spray surface lightly with cooking spray.

Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

While baking - scramble eggs to your liking. Plan on about 1 medium egg to each cup.

After toasted cups are lightly browned, remove from oven. Fill each cup with scrambled eggs, sprinkle w/ shredded cheese & pop back in oven till cheese is melted.

These toasted bread cups work great for eggs & breakfasts - but you can fill them with anything you like - the possibilities are endless. Enjoy...psychobetty...XOXO.
