Ingredients

  1. 2 lbbacon, cut into 1" pieces
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1 lbpork sausage
  4. 2 largeonions, diced
  5. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  6. 3/4 cupwhite sugar
  7. 1 1/2 cupbarbecue sauce
  8. 1/4 cupprepared mustard
  9. 1 tbspchili powder
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  11. 1/4 cuphoney
  12. 60 ozpork and beans with sauce
  13. 30 ozkidney beans, drained
  14. 30 ozpinto beans, drained
  15. 30 ozbutter beans, drained
  16. 30 ozblack.beans, drained
  17. 1garlic clove, minced
  18. 1juice of two limes
  19. 1 pinchCayenne pepper
  20. 1salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    in a large dutch oven(14") brown bacon and set aside.

  2. 2

    brown ground beef and pork sausage in same dutch oven and add oinion and cook until clear.

  3. 3

    drain off excess fat

  4. 4

    add all remaining ingredients, including the bacon.

  5. 5

    stir it all good, and cook over medium heat until heated well.

  6. 6

    serves 20 to 30 people
