preheat the oven 350 and in a shallow large pan boil water for lasagna noodles about 8min for 4 noodles @ time

meanwhile. cook the ground sausage in pan until almost brown. next wash the spinach and once clean chop and add to large mixing bowl now add container of ricotta and about as much cheese as you want. add ground sausage cooked that is. now mix the egg

take 1lasagna noodle put on a large. flat surface and spread in your mixture of ricotta etc. one scoop at a time works now roll it like a snowball effect it will get bigger and place in a greased baking. dish continue until you fill your pan now take some speghetti sauce and pour over each lasagna roll and now add motzerella and parmesan cheese to each roll

cover with foil bake for 20 minutes

after 20 minutes remove foil and bake for 15 min. to lightly brown all your yummy cheeses
