Chop your onion and pepper then fry them on a pot

Let your onion fry until it's golden brown

Then pour the beef Liver cut into small pieces to fry on with onion.

Stir and turn the mixture of beef liver and onion and season with your spices.

Let it cook until tender and delicious.

In a small cup add your flour and soup then pour to the liver to make gravy

Your beef liver is ready to be served I enjoy it with pap and spinach
