Wild Rice and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcooked chicken, cut up
  2. 1/2 cupfrozen green peas
  3. 2 1/4 cupboiling water
  4. 1/3 cupmilk
  5. 1/4 cuponion, chopped
  6. 1 can(10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  7. 1 packages(6 ounces) seasoned long grain and wild rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients including seasoning packet from rice mix in an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.

  3. 3

    Cover and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed.
