Pumpkin chapati

Today I decided to cook pumpkin chapati. Its really sweet.
Cooking Instructions

Wash the pumpkin well with clean water. Slice into smaller desirable pieces. Remove the seeds. Place on a clean sufuria, add one cup of water and cover it. Place a source of fire for 15 minutes. Remove from fire an let it cool. Remove the peelings from the pumpkin. Mush it, on a separate basin, mix flour, cooking oil n salt. Pour the mixture into the mushed pumpkin. Knead until u get an elastic dough. Cut into smaller balls place on a tray. Sprinkle some oil on top n cover with a foil paper.

Let the it rest for 40 minutes.

Start to roll to circles as u apply oil.

Repeat step 3 until you finish all the balls

Heat the frying pan
- 6
Re roll the dough, place on a heated frying pan, let one side ban to nice brown color, turn an apply oil.

Continue with the above step until all chapati r cooked. Cover the cooked chapati with a foil paper.

Serve with meat stew or any stew that you wish
