Ingredients

  1. dough
  2. 350 gramsflour
  3. 1egg
  4. 125 mlhot water
  5. filling
  6. 100 gramscottage cheese/quark
  7. 200 gramspre-boiled potatoes
  8. 50 gramsonion

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour,add 1 egg, hot water and mix to a dough

  2. 2

    Mix all filling ingredients

  3. 3

    Using rolling pin,roll the dough,using round cutter,cut circles

  4. 4

    Fill the dough circles with the cheese filling,and close half creating little crescents

  5. 5

    Cook in salted water for 3 min

  6. 6

    Serve with fried pancetta and onion or melted butter and enjoy!

I saute onion and bacon until they're soft and and crispy and then after my perogies are done floating in the water I add them to the onion and bacon mixture and I just brown them a little bit and you're done
