Ingredients

  1. 3 lbred potatoes; medium dice
  2. 6 clovegarlic; rough chop
  3. 2 tbsprosemary; minced
  4. 2 tspthyme; minced
  5. 1olive oil; as needed
  6. 1kosher salt and black pepper; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Toss potatoes with enough oil to coat. Season. Roast at 400° for approximately 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and caramelized.
