Ingredients

  1. 5mashed bananas
  2. 1Apple of your choice, grated
  3. 3/4 cupalmond milk (use soy or regular skim if you prefer)
  4. 3 cupoatmeal
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 2 tspground cinnamon
  8. 1chopped walnuts for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Mash bananas in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Grate apple and add to bananas

  4. 4

    Add milk and lemon juice to banana mixture

  5. 5

    In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients (except nuts)

  6. 6

    Beat wet mixture well until smooth, then slowly mix in dry mixture

  7. 7

    Pour batter into greased muffin pan and add walnuts to top

  8. 8

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until fully cooked
