Ingredients

  1. Dry omena
  2. 1ball of onion
  3. 3sizable tomatoes
  4. 5dania
  5. 1pilipili hoho
  6. 10 milliliterscoking oil
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 20 milliliterswater

    Heat water to warm

    Use the water to wash the omena. Then rinse in cold water.

    In a clean plate, cut onions,Dania,tomatoes. Pilipili hoho.

    Put the omena in a clean sufuria and put on fire.

    And the mixture of the spices then poor the 20 litres water.

    Cover with a tight lead to steam for about ten minutes

    Remove the lid and stir to obtain a fine mixture

    Add the oil. Stir continuously to mix
