Ingredients

  • 1 cuprolled oat / granola / muesli
  • 1 cuplow fat milk / skimmed milk
  • 1-2 tspchia seeds
  • 2 tspalmond flour
  • 1 tbsstrawberry jam
  • 5-6 cubeswatermelon
  • 1 bottleyakult (liquid yoghurt) or as needed
  • 1 tsphoney (optional)

    Mix all ingredients inside your mason jar, and let it chills overnight or at least 8 hours inside your refrigerator
