Ingredients

  1. 200 gbeef
  2. 2garlic cloves
  3. 1ginger root
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 bunchdhania
  6. 2carrots
  7. 10potatoes
  8. Black pepper
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. Salt
  11. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the onion and add your meat strips. Cover for the meat to cook about 20 minutes.

    Add grated garlic, ginger, tomato, blackpepper, salt and dhania. Let cook for about 5 minutes.

    Add a half cup of water and one carrot stripped and let simmer.

    Peel your potatoes, clean them, salt them and put to boil. Until cooked that they can break easily

    Season with black pepper, dhania and blueband. Start mashing. Add a little milk to soften it.

    Cut remaining carrot in strips and serve it as a side dish.
