Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupmilk
  2. 1 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  5. 1 cupsour cream
  6. 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1 1/2 stickbutter
  8. 2 tbspwhite sugar
  9. 4each cream cheese 8oz block
  10. 1 1/2 packagesGraham crackers crushed. equal to about 15 whole crackers

    Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a 10 in springform pan

    Go to step 3

    In a medium bowl mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar press into the bottom of the pan.

    In a large bowl mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth blend in milk then mix the eggs in one at a time just enough to incorporate them mix in sour cream vanilla and flour until smooth or filling into prepared crust

    Bake in a preheated oven for an hour and 10 minutes then turn the oven off and let the cake cool in the oven with the door closed for at least 4 to 5 hours this will prevent cracking then chill and refrigerate the cake until serving time you can cut this cake in to 12 or 16 slices.
