  3. 2 cupmilk
  4. 4cardamom powder
  5. 2 cupsugar
  6. 2 tbsppoppy seeds
  7. 100 gmkaju chopped
  8. 100 gmbadam chopped
  9. 1 tbsppure ghee

    Take a pan heat ghee

    Put cardamom powder

    Add carrots grated

    Lid the pan

    When water us socked

  6. 6

    Add milk mix well

  7. 7

    Add fresh cream

  8. 8

    Mix well till halwa left the side

  9. 9

    Add sugar saute it till sugar melt

  10. 10

    Add dry fruits and poppy seeds

  11. 11

    Saute till halwa reddish

  12. 12

    Serve hot.
