  1. 2 cupsthickly Grated Carrots
  2. 1 tbspGhee
  3. 2 tbspMilk
  4. 1 tbspchopped Badam(Almonds)
  5. 4 tbspSugar
  6. 1/2 tspElaichi (Cardamom)powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the ghee in a kadai add the grated carrots and stir on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Add the milk and sugar and stir well continuously for 10 minutes, then add crushed almonds and cardamom and allow to cook under low flame for 5 more minutes.

    The carrot halwa is ready. Serve it hot.
