Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfloor
  2. 1ts baking soda
  3. 1ts baking powder
  4. 1ts salt
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 4very ripe bananas
  8. 1ts vanilla
  9. 1/2 cupoil
  10. 1ts cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

    Cream eggs and sugar

  3. 3

    Mash the bananas

  4. 4

    Add bananas to creamed mixture and stir.Add the vanilla essence and cinnamon too.

    Stir in the flour

  6. 6

    Stir batter till smooth, mean while preheat oven to 250 degrees

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and place in the oven for 40 mins or till its ready

  8. 8

    Insert a fork into the cake to check if its cooked. If it comes out clean its ready

  9. 9

    Leave to cool cuta a slice and enjoy
