This is a very simple dessert for when you are craving fruit & a touch of chocolate.

Can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge

spread on cookies, cakes, cupcakes and donuts!

This is a simple chocolate sauce.When the chocolate has melted, it may seem like the water and oil have separated, but keep stirring the mixture so that it doesn't burn to the sides and it will get nice and smooth. Of course, when this mixture cools it will become hard and sticky, but just add what you need to a container and microwave before use. I recommend using couverture chocolate. Recipe by Puyupuyu

I had about three drops of store brought syrup left but had already made breakfast of pancakes, eggs, and beef bacon so i had to improv. i remembered this recipe from when i worked in a restaurant and someone forgot to add syrup to the delivery list.

Add a drop of red coloring to your rose syrup, serve with mint leaves and your guests will just love it.
