Ingredients

  1. Porterhouse steak
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  4. 3 Tbsbrown sugar
  5. 1 tspginger powder
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 Tbshoney
  8. 1 tspcorn starch
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Sesame seeds for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat vegetable oil in a medium sized pan.

    Mix all ingredients together except the meat, salt, pepper and sesame seeds

  3. 3

    Season meat with salt & pepper and Sear steak on both sides.

  4. 4

    Add 3 Table spoons of the teriyaki sauce mix to the pan and cook meat to your liking. (Keep leftover sauce in the fridge)

  5. 5

    Slice beef when finished and garnish with sesame seeds
