  1. 1/2 kggreen maize
  2. 1/2 kgpotatoes
  3. 1/2 kgkahurura
  4. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the maize

    Boil the potatoes

  3. 3

    Cut the kahurura and boil and add butter

  4. 4

    Mix all the three, add salt and mash into a smooth paste

  5. 5

    Serve with beef, chapati, rice
