  1. To marinate the chicken:
  2. 2sides chicken breast, throw the bone
  3. 1 pclime
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. To cover the chicken:
  6. 2 spoonflour
  7. Pepper and salt
  8. Corriander
  9. Honey sauce:
  10. 1clove shallot and garlic
  11. Half onion
  12. 5seeds corriander
  13. 1chilli
  14. 1 spoonsweet soysauce
  15. 1 spoonchilli sauce
  16. 2 spoonhoney
  17. Salt and pepper

Cara Membuat

30 minutes

    Marinate the chicken with lime, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes

    Slice thinly the shallot, garlic, onion, and chilli. Crush the corriander seeds

  3. 3

    Boil some water, add salt. Drop the chicken and boil till cooked inside, set aside and make cubed-cuts

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper to the flour, corriander, then a tick of water. Put the chicken and cover all of them with the spiced flour

  5. 5

    Heat the pan with oil. Fry the floured-chicken, set aside. Drop the onion, shallot, garlic, and chilli to the pan where some oil left after frying the chicken. Stir till smells nice

  6. 6

    Put the chicken to the pan, sweet soysauce, chilli sauce, honey, salt, pepper, and corriander. Stir till cooked
