Veggy Pasta and fried chicken drumsticks

Ingredients

  1. Handfulpasta
  2. 1 sachettomato paste
  3. Seasoning
  4. Salt
  5. 1 teaspoonvegetable oil
  6. 4 table spoonolive oil
  7. 1small can green beans
  8. Small cut red and green bell peppers (diced)
  9. 3fresh scotch bonnet pepper (chopped)
  10. 1medium onion (diced)
  11. Meat stock

Cooking Instructions

    Put a pot on the fire and add the olive oil, then pour in the tomato paste and fry for 30seconds. Add the diced vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute more

    Add the meat stock and stir. Taste for seasoning and add more if needed to cover for the pasta.

    Pour in the par-boiled pasta and mix in the sauce

  4. 4

    Pour in the drained green beans

  5. 5

    Stir gently to mix and allow to simmer for 2-3minutes
