Cooking Instructions

Prep all your ingredients

Peel the avocado and cut into pieces in a bowl
- 3
Squeeze some lemon juice over the Avocado. This prevents it feom darkening or browning

Mash the avocado till soft

Add nicely diced onions
- 6
Add nicely diced tomatoes

Add sliced dhania
- 8
Add salt to taste. Using a wooden spoon or spatula mix the ingredients till well combined.

Ready for consumption

This dish was inspired from my sister's neighbor next door from Guadalajara. My sister owns three avocado trees. Her next door neighbor, Mrs Castillo always makes unique dishes from her country. I thought it would be a great gesture for me to make her guacamole with a twist, She loved it. The bacon gives it a nice crispy texture and slightly salty beautiful flavor.
