This cake we baked during cookpad mombasa edition 2.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare 2 baking tins size 8 or one 9 inch tin, prepare by applying baking spray or brush with butter and put in the baking paper.
Measures all the ingredients and sieve flour and baking powder together.
Beat sugar and butter until Fluffy. - 2
Beat in the eggs, one each time, then fold in the flour alternating with the wet ingredients, don't over fold, divide between the two tins or in the 9 inch tin, and bake in a preheated oven 180°c, do not open the Oven until 25 minutes are done.

Insert a toothpick or thin knife to check the readiness if they come out dry.
Cool in the baking tin for, about 5 minutes before turning into the wire mesh to completely cool down. - 4
You enjoy it frosted or unfrosted.. Enjoy.
