1 cupfresh orange juice
3/4 cupvegetable oil
2and 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
Zest of 2 oranges
Tahini for greasing the pan

Preheat the oven and grease the pan with tahini.

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Whisk until the mixture is pale.

Add the oil and whisk, then add the cup of juice.

Sift the flour into a clean bowl. Zest the oranges before juicing them and rub the zest into the flour. Add the baking powder and baking soda, then add to the egg mixture.
