Harabhara aloo matar
Steps

In a pressure cooker heat oil and add onion garlic chilli.

Cook till brownish in colour.

Add tomato paste. Cook till oil separates.

Add cream. Mix well.

Add all dry spices. Cook for 2 mins.

Add spinach and aloo mutter. Mix well.

Water 1 cup water. Pressure cook for 2- 3 whistles.

It's done. Garnish with fresh cream

Serve hot with tandoori roti/ plain roti/ parathas.
